The Match

After successful completion of Home Federal's screening process, you will enter the selection process.

If you are the right match for the position, Home Federal will extend an offer. If you believe the position is a proper fit, Home Federal's welcome includes a detailed, on-boarding process that provides you every chance of success in your new position.

If you are one of the candidates selected for an interview, you will be contacted to set up a time to meet the hiring manager and possibly other staff members. You will also be asked to complete an online personality assessment and provide your permission for a criminal background and credit check.

If you are not contacted for an interview, your application/resume will be kept on file for six months.

Sales Associate (Full-Time & Part-Time)

- Rochester, Minnesota and Marshalltown, Iowa

Home Federal is looking for outgoing and motivated candidates to fill full-time and part-time teller positions. Responsibilities include completing bank transactions and balancing procedures, directing customers to appropriate bank personnel when necessary, and meeting personal and branch sales goals through cross sale of bank products and services.

Previous sales and/or cash handling experience preferred.

Retail Account Recovery Specialist

- Rochester, Minnesota

This full-time position’s responsibilities include supporting the loss mitigation function of the corporation by providing various collection tasks. This includes collecting delinquent loans, establishing payment arrangements, and monitoring delinquency reports.

Minimum requirements include: High school education with 2-year degree preferred. Previous account recovery experience preferred but not required, strong communication and organizational skills required.
